- Wash and dry the bridge of your nose so the skin is free of oil, lotion and makeup.
- Apply the strip across the middle of the nose and press the ends down gently.
- To remove, peel slowly. Warm water helps loosen the adhesive. Each strip is single-use.
Do not use
- On broken, sunburned, irritated or freshly exfoliated skin.
- If you have reacted to medical tapes or adhesives before.
- On children, unless a doctor has advised it.
Stop and get advice
- Remove the strip and stop using it if redness, itching, blistering or soreness lasts.
- Loud, frequent snoring, gasping or pauses in breathing at night can be signs of sleep apnea. Nasal strips do not treat it. Talk to a doctor.
