Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from Duskwell, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

What we do

• We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as we build and update the site.
• Pages include a skip-to-content link, form fields are labelled, and animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion.

What we are still working on

We have not completed a full independent accessibility audit, and we know some parts of the site still need work — including written descriptions for some product photos and some content provided by third-party apps such as reviews and live chat. We are working through these.

Tell us about a problem

If anything on the site is hard to use, or you would like information in a different format, email sleepduskwell@gmail.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Tell us the page and what happened. We will reply within two business days, and we can take your order or answer product questions by email in the meantime.
