Subscription Terms

Monthly refills

Mouth tape and nasal strips run out. A refill subscription sends the next pack every month, at 10% less than the one-time price. These terms apply to every Duskwell subscription and form part of our Terms of Service.

The key terms

It renews automatically. Your subscription renews and charges the payment method you used at checkout every month, one month after the previous charge, until you cancel.
What you pay each month. The one-time price of the pack size you chose, less 10%, plus shipping and any sales tax that apply. Shipping for your refills is set when you subscribe. If your first subscription order qualified for free shipping (an order of $50 or more), your refills ship free as well; otherwise each refill carries the flat shipping fee for its pack size, as listed on our Shipping page. Your renewal total, including shipping, is shown at checkout, in your confirmation email and in your account.
No minimum term. There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee. You can cancel before your second charge if the first pack is not for you.
A reminder before every charge. We email you 3 days before each renewal is charged, with a link to manage or cancel.

How to cancel

Do either of these:

Online: sign in to your account, open Subscriptions, choose the subscription and select Cancel subscription.
By email: write to sleepduskwell@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you within one business day and confirm by email. You do not need to give a reason.

To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next renewal date. The date is in every reminder email and in your account.

What cancelling does: billing and deliveries stop straight away and nothing further is charged. Cancelling does not reverse an order that has already been charged; that order still ships and is covered by our Returns & Refunds policy like any other order.

Managing your subscription

In your account you can skip an upcoming delivery, pause and resume, cancel, and update your payment method and shipping address. To change your pack size, email us and we will update it before your next renewal.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment does not go through, we will email you and try again over the following days. No renewal order ships until its payment succeeds. If the payment still fails after our final attempt, your subscription is paused and no further charges are attempted until you update your payment method and resume it.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription is going to change, we will email you at least 14 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first if you prefer.

The free gift

Where a refill offer includes a free gift, it is added once, to your first subscription order, while stocks last. It is yours to keep, including if you cancel afterwards.

Your consent

Before you add a subscription to your cart, we show these terms and ask you to tick a box confirming that you agree to a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. A copy of what you agreed to is saved with your order.
